I don't now how i feel about this weight loss...I guess it's good but it took a lot of effort not to over eat yesterday.
I'm gonna eat a tuna melt at 390cal now.
Coffee: 100cal
Veggie Sandwich: 350cal
Cantaloupe & cottage Cheese: 95cal + 90cal = 185cal
Soup & Crackers: 310cal
TOTAL: 1335cal
Another ham sandwish: 370cal.
Ugh... I feel like an idiot for eating it.
